Los Phantoms
Beto's truck, Henry's 53, Cachu's 48 at the Touch Of Style Toys for Tots show. Nice day and a pretty nice show
Famous
One of my all time favorite pictures. I used to have this exact same picture framed in my room growing up. I somehow lost it when I moved from my parents house. I never found another one the same size as the one I had. Still looking
Presents
Can you remember the best Christmas you have had? For me it was when I was around 6 or 7 and My parents gave me a new bike for Christmas. It wasn't a Schwinn but to me it was the coolest bike in the world. Orange with a black banana seat with silver stripes running across the width of the seat. JC Penney bike, my brother got the Hot Wheels bike which would be worth some cash right now. I rode that bike until I was about 15 or 16, re painted it a few times, changed the seat height by drilling holes in the sissy bar and lowering seat to just above rear wheel. We thought we were so kool. Man I miss those days,,,,

Brown Bag
No matter what we have while we are living, big house, fancy car, garage full of toys it all means nothing when we die. The things that really matter to us can usually fit in a little brown bag.
Deadend
Deadend Magazine has published a new volume online. The guys are making an effort to put out a new edition every 2 months. Great magazine and 2 very cool brothers that I have had the pleasure of knowing for a while.Maybe some day I will be able to take beautiful pictures like they do

tattoos
I like the look of a tattood girl. I have since I was a little boy, when I would see the homegirls with a rose or a cross tattoo. Always did something for me ...... Pin ups today are just homegirls with better tattoos and better dye jobs, but I still dig them
Music
I am a Naco, there I said it. Very proud of my heritage and I celebrate it every way I can. Listening to Los Tigeres Del Norte just puts a spring in my step and Vicente Fernandez makes me want to ride into the sunset haha. Yea I play it when I cruise sometimes, that accordian just puts a warm feeling in me......

Just a few pictures of my car. I've been thinking about what I'm going to do her next. Plans are for a disc brake kit for front end, hate not being able to stop and re do the trunk. Possibly re style headlights and tailights. I found some stock wheels so I will definitely be getting some hubcaps. 5 Months until West Coast Kustoms in Santa Maria don't have much time. Last pic I found on someone elses blog, it's from Mooneyes Xmas show in 08, second to last pic is from Deadend Magazine's coverage of West Coast Kustoms Show this year. Thats me and my lady on the cruise. Car looks so much better in pictures hahaha

He has the best or one of the best jobs in the world, builds stuff, creates motorcycle parts and has these amazing women show up at his shop, and he gets to take pictures of them. believe me there is a bike in that picture and it is very kool

A few pictures from Mooneyes show in Japan borrowed from the HAMB. Toshide aka The Local Hero posted these pics . Toshide has a great eye for photography and is a excellent kustom builder too. I'm not a big fan of Buicks or purple but that Purple Haze Buick is making a fan out of me. The last pic is Toshide and King Cole, damn Cole gets to do everything I want to do.

Vintage trophy girls, pictures taken from The HAMB, great thread and some really cool vintage pics. Yea I Know I have only posted pics borrowed from the interweb, but hopefully I will start posting my own. I asked Santa Clause for a camera for Christmas. I was good for the most part of the year so I am keeping my fingers crossed. Let's hope he doesn't dig too deep
Since most of this blog is about cars and motorcycles I thought I would show you how it is possible for all those things to move. I work for an oil company and no I do not get a discount on gas and yes when prices go up I get pissed too. This is a platform off the Santa Barbara Ca coast, probably one of the most sensitive and regulated places in the world. We produce about 3,000 barrels a day from this platform, not a whole lot in the grand scheme. The money and taxes generated to the local economy is in the millions a year, the impact is minimal. There was a time when the coast was filled with platforms and oil. Now we get it from the Saudis and Iraq and everywhere else but the U.S. Oilmen in the U.S are a dying breed, just like car companys and U.S made goods. If the tree huggers have their way we will all be driving a Prius, lets see you kustomize one of those!!!
First bike is a Roland Sands Bike. His designs tend to be more race/performance style, very fast but with kool style. The other 3 bikes are from Cole Foster and the Salinas Boyz. Cole had the red and the blue bike with him at Ventura Nationals this year. It was good to see Cole and his wife Susan, it had ben a while since I had a chance to talk to them. Still hoping he will have time to work on my Chevy some time this coming year. Plans are to re do trunk, tail lights and headlights
