A few pics from the Kustoms Then and Now display at GNRS. Lighting in the building made picture taking difficult and the cars were roped off making it hard to get close. I am still learning how to use the camera and eventually stuff like that won't matter

 This Merc was parked OUTSIDE in the PARKING LOT WTF?? It had a crowd around it as we were walking in, why was it not in the show?

 I really liked the lines on this car, although they did give it the same treatment to the tailights like Tom Foster's Chevy

R.I.P

The owner of Gypsy Rose Jesse Valadez passed away after a battle with cancer.His car was an icon in the lowrider world and beyond. The car pictured is actually the 2nd version, the 1st car was destroyed supposedly by a rival car club or so the story goes. Mr Valadez was a founding member of The Imperials Car Club and a true ambassador in the car community. The casket was striped and painted to match his car and the funeral was attended by car clubs from all over the greater LA area, a fitting tribute to a man who's legacy will live on

Trying

JR's Burgers

 JR's Burgers has a cruise night the 2nd Friday of the month so Friday a few of Los Phantoms decided to check it out. It's mostly the older rodder crowd but you can find some other rides mixed in and some of the younger crowd. Blue Riviera belongs to my friend A.T (Atilano) I think the picture came out nice even tho it was dark out

 This car belongs to one of the Bent Axles members, I have seeen it at a few local shows. Very clean ride, nice Kustom touches

 This is Henry's 53 Chevy from Los Phantoms. He is finally starting to make some changes and give it a more Kustom rod look
